Each “release” is its own project, with multiple moving parts, spreadsheets, and deadlines. This role requires someone who can work independently and collaboratively, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, interpret complex capitalization tables, build client relationships, field analytical questions, and communicate findings to clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates thrive on detailed work, navigate multiple priorities, and see projects through from start to finish. Location Hybrid in Denver, CO or fully remote within the United States. Compensation $65,000–$75,000, depending on experience. Primary Responsibilities Manage multiple releases – track each deal through its phases, monitor progress, and keep everything moving forward. Dig into spreadsheets – review and interpret capitalization tables and financial models from a wide variety of sources. Collaborate with teams and outside parties – partner with Compliance, Client Services, Payments, and banks to coordinate steps and resolve issues. Maintain system accuracy – ensure NetSuite reflects finalized figures for each deal. Handle shared team tasks – complete recurring daily and weekly responsibilities on a rotation basis. Communicate clearly – provide updates and information to clients and colleagues in writing and on calls. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, complex data interpretation). Strong organizational skills for managing many projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in remote or hybrid environments. Close attention to detail, especially with financial data. Experience in a client‑facing or professional service environment is helpful. Desired Qualifications & Skills NetSuite experience is an added benefit.
