Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3x12s

Requirements
- 2 years RN experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BCLS/BLS, NIH/NIHSS
- EMR: EPIC
- Core clinical skills:
- Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation/management
- Care of peripheral lines
- Non-invasive airway management; oxygen via nasal cannula
- Isolation precautions / PPE
- Basic cardiac med administration and stroke telemetry familiarity

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients in a progressive care unit with a focus on telemetry.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data to detect any changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions.

Compliance / Notes
- Weekend requirement: 2 shifts every other weekend
- Parking: Free
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
