We're looking for a cabinet production specialist who takes craftsmanship seriously and wants to build high-end retail displays that people actually notice.

What you'll do

Every day, you'll bring designs to life transforming wood, metal, plastics, and electronics into polished, high-end display units used in retail spaces.

You'll:

• Assemble premium retail displays using tools like drills, routers, and nail guns
• Read blueprints and schematics to build with accuracy and confidence
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision (down to 1/16")
• Match wood grain, color, and textures for a flawless final look
• Trim and fit parts so everything comes together clean and secure
• Install hardware like hinges, handles, and fittings
• Sand and prep surfaces for a professional finish
• Troubleshoot build issues and think through solutions on the fly
• Work with a tight-knit team (12 coworkers) to get the job done

This is a hands-on role where quality matters more than speed and your craftsmanship will show.

What you bring

You don't have to know everything but you should be comfortable in a shop environment and ready to learn and grow.

Core skills:

• Experience reading blueprints or schematics
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail (you care about doing it right)
• Ability to measure accurately (you'll complete a tape measure test)
• Mechanical mindset you like figuring things out

What helps you stand out:

• Cabinet making, carpentry, or woodworking experience
• Experience in mechanical or production assembly
• Experience working with multiple materials (wood, metal, plastics)
• Familiarity with saws and shop equipment
• Owning your own tools (a plus, not required)

Work environment

• Clean, organized, and climate-controlled shop
• Air-conditioned and humidity-controlled for comfort and quality
• First shift: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM (with optional overtime)
• Optional second shift: MonThurs, 3:00 PM 1:30 AM
• Overtime available (including occasional Saturdays)

This is a contract to hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr.
