Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an 8-bed open ICU with a 2:1 patient ratio serving a mixed critical care population
• Perform and manage ventilator care, therapeutic hypothermia, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, TEE/cardioversion, and temporary pacing
• Respond as a member of the Code Blue and Rapid Response Team
• Manage complex conditions including PCI/STEMI, sepsis, stroke/TPA, and DKA
• Utilize AIDET communication standards, hourly rounding, whiteboard use, and bedside care conference handoffs to support patient experience goals
• Document care using Meditech; participate in self-scheduling including every-other-weekend rotation

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Medical and Surgical ICU experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Ability to float to critical care or intermediate care areas as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) experience preferred
• CCRN certification preferred
• Familiarity with GE B650 cardiac monitors, ventilators, and Gaymar cooling equipment
