Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and also had a background in education. That experience helped shape my passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others within the insurance industry. I’m a graduate of Missouri Southern State University, married with a baby, and our office includes two dogs, Ginger and Piper, who bring a fun and welcoming energy to the team. I’m also a certified scuba diver and have a love for jellyfish, which adds a unique touch to who I am outside of work. I’m very active in the community as President of the Leavenworth Rotary Club, and I stay involved through local events and by sponsoring a soccer league. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
