Opener Morning Barista Crew APEX
Start at $16 per hour, with tips potentially earning $17.50+ per hour. TIPS!! We have generous customers! Free coffee, donuts, and an Employee Meal during shift. Job description: Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.
Responsibilities:
- Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
- Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
- Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
- POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
- Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
- Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
Operational Standards:
- Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
- Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
