Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to med-surg patients across the float pool
- Float seamlessly between units to support where you're needed most
- Collaborate with dynamic teams to make a real difference in patient outcomes
- Monitor and assess patients with compassion and precision
- Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are always front and center
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS certification
- Recent med-surg experience preferred
- Ready to pass skills checklists, competency exams, EKG, and pharmacology tests
Education
- RN degree from accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong med-surg nursing fundamentals
- Float pool adaptability and quick learning
- EKG interpretation and pharmacology expertise
- Excellent patient assessment and communication skills
