This role is ideal for an HR professional with 2–3+ years of experience supporting warehouse or distribution center operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment.The HR Coordinator will serve as a key resource for employees and managers by supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.What YOU will do:Serve as the primary HR contact for warehouse employees and supervisors.Support full-cycle hourly recruiting, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and coordinating pre-employment requirements.Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for warehouse employees.Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality.Process new hires, employee changes, promotions, transfers, and separations.Assist with employee relations by responding to employee questions, resolving workplace concerns, and escalating issues when appropriate.Translate HR communications, policies, presentations, and conversations between English and Spanish as needed.Partner with warehouse leadership to ensure staffing needs are met while maintaining a positive employee experience.Track attendance, leaves of absence, and other employee documentation.Support benefits enrollment, open enrollment, workers' compensation administration, and leave management.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations and I-9 verification.Conduct employment verification, background checks, and maintain onboarding documentation.Assist with performance management processes, employee recognition initiatives, and engagement activities.Prepare HR reports and maintain recruiting, turnover, and workforce metrics.Participate in employee events, safety meetings, and HR initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.Support audits and maintain accurate HR documentation in accordance with company policies.Who YOU are:2–3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably supporting a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment.Fluent in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.Experience recruiting hourly warehouse employees.Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.Why BAMKO?
