Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Tue 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Wed 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Sat 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Sun 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor the front desk area, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and appointments, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services as required. Monitor access points and visitor activity from a stationary front desk post to help deter unauthorized entry and support a professional lobby environment. Communicate clearly with clients, employees, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, incidents, and daily operations. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
