This opportunity is perfect for a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician (MD/DO) seeking autonomy, strong financial stability, and clinical variety. Physicians may choose between a busy regional trauma center or several modern, fully equipped freestanding emergency rooms, each offering 24/7 support and efficient patient flow. With guaranteed hours, competitive compensation, and night differential pay, physicians enjoy both stability and flexibility. Add in annual bonuses, paid malpractice with tail coverage, and no state income tax, and this becomes one of the most financially advantageous EM roles in the Southeast.

Position & Compensation Highlights

Seeking BE/BC Emergency Medicine physician (MD/DO)
Work at a Regional Trauma Center or multiple 24/7 Freestanding ERs
Guaranteed 120+ hours per month
Flexible scheduling: 8-, 9-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
Competitive hourly compensation + night differential
Low Coast of Living—maximize your earnings
