The Remote Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a high standard of customer support by addressing inquiries resolving issues and assisting with account-related needs. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and requires a professional solutions-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on accuracy compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone email and digital communication channels Assist with loan applications account inquiries payment processing and general service requests Communicate loan terms repayment options and company policies clearly and accurately Resolve customer concerns efficiently escalating complex matters as appropriate Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within internal systems Adhere to all company policies procedures and applicable regulatory requirements Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction by delivering consistent high-quality service Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 12 years of customer service experience preferably in a financial services or call center environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote structured work environment Proficiency with computer systems including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications High level of professionalism integrity and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer lending banking or financial services Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) Familiarity with customer support technologies and ticketing systems Compensation & Benefits

Base Compensation:
