At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Spa Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and help grow our membership-based spa business in Montgomeryville, PA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching teams, driving sales performance, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Spa experience is a plus — but leadership, sales, and customer service experience are what matter most. We’ll teach you the spa industry side. The Spa Manager Will Lead daily spa operations and support overall business growth Drive membership sales, retail performance, and guest retention Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results Create and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives Optimize schedules, staffing, and operational efficiency Resolve guest concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Maintain spa cleanliness, inventory, and brand standards Hire, train, mentor, and support team members Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Our Spa Manager Needs Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or membership-based businesses Strong leadership and communication skills Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for team development Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively Comfortable analyzing reports and using performance metrics to drive decisions Positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests Spa, wellness, or fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Hand & Stone?
