The Big TaskYou will accurately and efficiently install high-quality heating and air conditioning systems in our customers’ homes, ensuring every job meets our company’s high standards.
✅ Key Responsibilities- Install residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, split systems)
- Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and installation teams
- Keep your company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance on every job
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Minimum 2 years HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to obtain certifications (we help you get there)
- EPA Certification
- Experience with high-efficiency systems (18–20 SEER)
- Leadership or lead installer potential
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- $50K–$80K+ earning potential
