Position Summary The Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate and team member experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process. This position provides administrative and operational support across recruitment functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include: Facilitating onboarding for new hires, rehires, and internal transfers. Entering and validating team member information within BayCare's systems. Greeting new hires and conducting onboarding appointments. Creating and distributing identification badges. Monitoring and following up on required employment documentation. Assisting candidates and team members by answering questions throughout the onboarding process. Reviewing background check results and following up on discrepancies when needed. Managing Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) notifications and compliance tracking. Processing relocation and bonus agreements accurately and timely. Supporting additional recruitment and onboarding activities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Experience Required: One of the following: 1 year of Human Resources experience, or 2 years of Customer Service experience, or 2 years of Healthcare experience Preferred: 3 years of Human Resources experience Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field Position Details Location: BayCare System Office East Status: Full-Time Exempt Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Shift: Days Weekend Requirement: None On-Call Requirement: No Remote Work: On-site position (remote work not available) BayCare Health System is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
