Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Greensboro, Winston Salem, High Point About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the organization. This position will provide hands‑on HR support while helping drive employee engagement, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a trusted HR advisor who can balance business objectives with employee needs, work effectively with leaders at all levels, and confidently handle sensitive employee relations matters. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, attendance, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation. Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives. Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions in accordance with company policies and employment laws. Coach managers on effective performance feedback, disciplinary actions, documentation, and employee development. Support annual performance review and compensation processes. Identify employee engagement opportunities and assist with initiatives that strengthen company culture and retention. Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions. Partner with leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Learning & Development, and other HR functions. Assist with HR projects, policy development, process improvements, and special initiatives as needed. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of progressive HR experience , preferably in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role. Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and HR best practices. Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, coaching, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders at all levels. Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
