Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a caseload of youth clients by establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to facilitate open communication.

  • Conduct regular sessions to track client progress, discuss treatment goals, and manage discharge planning as appropriate.

  • Design individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and closely monitor their implementation and effectiveness.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including progress notes and treatment evaluations, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurately reflect therapeutic interventions.

  • Perform thorough intake assessments to understand the specific challenges and goals of each client.

  • Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific developmental and emotional needs of youth clients.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's Degree in mental health or related field.

  • Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric or substance abuse populations, particularly with youth.

  • Experience in performing assessments, diagnoses, and providing individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
