Rockstar Operations Manager
Allcare Physical Therapy in Brooklyn is hiring and training a ROCK STAR OPERATIONS MANAGER. If you have a strong drive for moving fast and executing tactics and delivery systems, emotional intelligence to be creative and use confidence to deliver perceived customer value, emit energy of the CORE VALUES of the company with every interaction (with patients and staff), and are accountable then this is the perfect fit for you.
We are looking for someone who is an objective person who is curious and a natural born leader, coach, and mentor that will help develop others to be their best version of themselves. You must also be coachable, and love to improve yourself and crave personal development.
Here’s how we choose the best candidate. You must have an amazing can-do attitude bringing your own motivation to excel (the ability to handle long shifts on your feet without long breaks), and great attention to detail and awesome communication skills (love to learn and love to explain things). You should have a passion for helping people overcome pain and injury and a passion for giving people in pain the gift of movement and independence. You must be able to be here at the times we need you so you must be able to be flexible with your work hours. It’s really a must to be available with hours to work (so living in Brooklyn is crucial) because you will be immersed in so much knowledge you may also be needed.
Ideally, you must be able to work long hours at least 40 hours/week (morning to close and Sunday availability) with the ability to handle stress, must have manager experience (at least 1-3 years) in any field and have the ability to manage a small business (interview/hire/fire/train staff).
