Our client, a leading organization in facility management and building operations, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the engineering and operational needs of a multi-building campus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Monitor and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, water cooling, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple buildings.
• Oversee contractor activities and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies necessary for building operations.
• Identify safety hazards, implement safety protocols, and maintain regulatory compliance documentation.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or related fields.
• HVAC and EPA certifications are required; electrical certifications are a plus.
• Experience with CMMS systems, preferably Corrigo, is essential.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, including 120-480 volts, and mechanical systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
