ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in the financial industry and served as a pastor for 22 years. Those experiences shaped my passion for serving others, building relationships, and helping people make confident decisions for their future.

Serving our community is one of our core values. Our agency participates in community events every other month, and we enjoy finding opportunities to give back and build meaningful relationships with the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Steve Hicks - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Answer customer inquiries and requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
