W-2 Employee – Guaranteed Hourly Rate $33–$41/hour (based on experience) Guaranteed hours and benefits Minimum 20 hours/week for benefits eligibility 2. W-2 Employee – Pay Per Visit (PPV) $50–$76/hour (paid per patient visit) Benefits available at 20+ hours/week Higher earning potential with flexible scheduling 3. Contractor / PRN (1099) $30 per 30-minute session ($60/hour) $80 per evaluation No benefits Texas SLP license required (CFs welcome). Hours/Schedule: Create a schedule that works for you!
