This role involves directing, analyzing, and supervising processes and activities of programs with statewide impact. Employees manage major programs that are large in size, scope, complexity, and impact on the state. They assess programmatic achievements, identify areas of weakness, and interact with various individuals including agency personnel, state and local officials, other state agencies, outside professionals, and the general public.
