Nuclear Licensing Engineer - On-Site in Austin

Aalo Atomics is seeking a Licensing Engineer to lead licensing, regulatory strategy, and safety-basis development for non-LWR reactor projects in the U.S. You will apply RIPB methods and PRA insights, ensuring NRC/DOE compliance throughout design, construction, and operation. Responsibilities include defining licensing basis, evaluating LBEs, performing safety analyses, and preparing submittals (PSAR/FSAR) while coordinating with NRC staff and stakeholders.
