Front Office Assistant: Patient Care & Appointment Support

Miracle-Ear, Inc.

Miracle-Ear, Inc. in Florence, KY seeks a Front Office Associate to manage the customer intake, support clinical operations, and drive store performance through schedule management. You will report to the Area Manager and help clients rediscover the emotions of sound. The role requires 2+ years of administrative and customer support experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication.
