This is a

remote, independent insurance agent opportunity

— not a traditional salaried sales position. Our clients have already expressed interest by reaching out to us. You’ll connect with those prospective clients virtually, learn about their needs and goals, and help them find appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions.

No insurance or prior sales experience is required.

We provide training, mentorship, and the resources you need to learn the business. What matters most is that you’re willing to learn, take coaching, stay consistent, and take ownership of your results.

What You’ll Do As an independent agent, you’ll work directly with individuals and families while developing the skills needed to grow a successful insurance business.

Your responsibilities may include:

Connect with prospective clients by phone, video, and other virtual channels

Build professional relationships and establish trust with clients

Ask questions to understand each client’s needs, goals, and circumstances

Educate clients about life insurance and financial protection solutions

Present appropriate insurance solutions clearly and professionally

Help clients through the application and policy process

Provide ongoing service and support to your existing clients

Develop consistent habits and sales skills that support long-term growth

Learn how to generate referrals and develop a sustainable client base

For agents who want to pursue leadership, develop the ability to attract, influence, train, and mentor others

What We’re Looking For You don’t need an insurance background to get started. We’re looking for people who are:

Motivated to grow personally and professionally

Strong communicators who know how to listen

Comfortable communicating with people by phone and video

Curious and willing to learn something new

Coachable and receptive to feedback

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Persistent and professional without being overly aggressive

Willing to take responsibility for their own results

Interested in building a business rather than simply finding another job

Interested in developing leadership skills over time

Previous insurance or sales experience is not required.
