Encompass Health is seeking a PM&R Associate Medical Director for its 46-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital located in Little River, South Carolina. The state-of-the-art hospital provides comprehensive, inpatient physical rehabilitation to residents of the Myrtle Beach area who have experienced stroke, trauma, brain injury and complex orthopedic conditions, as well as other major illnesses or injuries.

We are seeking a full time Physiatrist interested in building a practice and growing with the Myrtle Beach community. The state of South Carolina has the best of both worlds; beautiful sunshine and affordable real estate. PRACTICE MODEL

Physician candidate will establish a private practice to include a caseload of medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients and an outpatient rehabilitation practice if he or she chooses. The Physician will set up a relationship with an independent billing company and retain 100% of his/her own billing and collections. Encompass Health has its own well-trained outreach teams that identify appropriate inpatient rehabilitation candidates from surrounding areas.
