Food Service Manager - Evening Shift & Nutritional Oversight

State of Nebraska's Veterans Affairs in Norfolk seeks a Food Service Manager to supervise meal planning, service, and staff in the dining facility. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field, or equivalent experience, and strong supervisory skills.
You will manage orders, ensure safety and sanitation, train staff, and coordinate with care plans to support residents' nutritional needs. The shift runs 11:15 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. with alternating weekends.
