Role: Direct Support Professional Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals in home and community settings; assist with daily living activities, behavioral and emotional support, and community integration; follow individualized care plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications & Skills: Empathy, commitment, ability to promote independence, dignity, and safety; strong communication and documentation skills; willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training.
