As a New Graduate Registered Nurse at UF Health, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care while building the skills, confidence, and experience needed for a successful nursing career.

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Join Our Team!

Ready to take the next step toward your nursing career? Here's what we're looking for:

• Education – Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 .
• RN Licensure – Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain Florida RN licensure upon graduation.
• ❤️ BLS Certification – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
• Specialty Certifications – Additional certifications, such as ACLS, PALS, or other specialty-specific credentials, may be required depending on the department.
