Superintendent – St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands Responsibilities Our new Superintendent will develop detailed project logistical plans and direct responsibility for developing and managing project‑specific safety plans. A day in the life of an MCN Superintendent consists of coordinating material deliveries, developing project flow, and maintaining project master schedules and three‑week forecasts. MCN Superintendents ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codes and possess strategic foresight to predict problems before they develop. Qualifications A minimum of 4 years of commercial general construction experience 30‑hour OSHA certification Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels Proven organizational and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to read, understand and interpret drawings, contract/insurance documents and forms, and make appropriate recommendations to field operations team Negotiation skills with ability to work cohesively as part of a team Meticulous attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Benefits Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 annually with an annual discretionary bonus Free medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee. 75% cost sharing for family coverage including a domestic partner.
