The followingresponsibilities, opportunities, andqualifications for this position are as follows: Responsibilities & Opportunities Leadand mentorinternal associatesas they complete audits,reviews,and compilations Assistin the management and development of associates through the execution ofassurancetasks Build technical skillsandin-depth knowledge of clientserviceswhileworkingacross variousindustries Regularly collaboratewithshareholders,managers,and otherinternal leaders Client collaboration to work throughassurance engagements Participateinvarious training and CPE programs to ensure professional development Travel is expected, as needed, to meet firm and client needs Qualifications Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience providingassurance servicesin public accounting A bachelor's or master's degree in accountingor equivalent Mustpossessthe necessary credit hours to be eligible for CPA licensure Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations Experience with Microsoft 365 with a strong understanding of Excel and Word Ability to address requests from clients and the firm ina timely, precise, and professional manner Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Effective in both independent work and team collaboration Ability to consistentlyperform services with integrity,reliability, and accuracy Preferred Qualifications CPA designation Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom CCH accounting software experience, including Workflow, Engagement, and PracticeManagement *Candidates with CPAcredentials will be givenadditionalconsideration for this position.
