About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee its physician-led group, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, and efficient healthcare services. The COO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, and the management of various business lines. This role demands a leader who can drive disciplined, sustainable change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and will be expected to uphold the company's core mission, vision, and values. Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. A minimum of 5 years of senior-level operations experience in a large medical group is required. The successful candidate will have a history of recruiting, developing, and retaining strong operational leaders, as well as a background in working closely with physician leaders to align clinical and administrative priorities. Experience in multi-site or multi-regional medical group environments, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence and efficiency across all functions, are essential. The role also requires a leader who can build and empower high-performing teams, and who is adept at sustaining organizational health and performance in complex environments.
