Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Architect in California
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect with multiple built and published works
- Project coordination and management skills
- On-site construction experience with hospitality and residential projects
- Strong conceptual designer
- Experience with construction administration and technical detailing
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and budget your time
- A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
Technical Expertise
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit; 5+ years
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Bluebeam experience
