Responsibilities- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Cross sell existing monoline clients. Offer bundle for more discounts
- Property and Casualty license is needed and we will guide you to get it if you do not have one.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
