We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by achieving goals, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do

As a Service BDC Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our service customers. Your ability to create a positive first impression and efficiently schedule appointments is critical to our success.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer inbound service calls in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments for our customers.
• Respond quickly to internet leads, emails, text messages, and online appointment requests.
• Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders, declined services, recall campaigns, and missed appointments.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Service Management to maximize shop efficiency.
• Help drive customer retention and satisfaction by delivering a world-class service experience.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
• Represent Edmond Hyundai with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

What We're Looking For

• Previous BDC, automotive dealership, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication and phone skills.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and multiple applications simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule covering all service department operating hours, including Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Scheduling will vary based on business needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
