Director Of People ServicesCompensation Range: $90K-110K/yearlyPosition Summary: The Director of People Services serves as a strategic business partner and culture champion, leading talent strategies that drive organizational success and foster a high-performing, engaged workforce. This role partners closely with senior leadership to align people-focused initiatives with operational and long-term goals, ensuring the effective attraction, development, and retention of top talent. The Director oversees workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development while ensuring consistent, equitable practices across the facility.
