We are seeking a Director of Business Development in Irving, TX with a background in Commercial Engineering, Architecture, or Construction to oversee our existing Dallas, Austin, and Houston branches. This role will be highly strategy-focused, helping drive growth and market expansion. Responsibilities include training teams, implementing new processes, serving as a liaison between clients and engineering teams, closing sales, increasing revenue, and developing relationships both internally and externally.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE background in Commercial Engineering, Architecture, or Construction
• Strategic vision and mindset
• Sales leadership experience
• Proven ability to drive growth and revenue
• Strong communication skills
• Consistent professional appearance and demeanor

Hours: Monday through Friday, 40hr flexible hybrid schedule with occasional travel and nights/weekends for networking efforts
