Reports To: Production Coordinator / Area Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hourly)
Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour (DOE - Depending on Experience)

II. POSITION PURPOSE
Operate plating or tinning processes to ensure copper products meet technical and quality specifications.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate plating line equipment according to production schedule.
• Monitor chemical baths and plating parameters.
• Inspect products to detect quality deviations.
• Send samples to the laboratory for testing.
• Record production data and scrap levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the plating area.
• Report process deviations and unsafe conditions.
IV. EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
1 year operating plating or galvanic equipment preferred.

• Basic galvanic / plating process knowledge
