Sr. Paralegal | Personal Injury & Tort Litigation (19FB5BA414022a96) Dallas, Texas Salary: USD75000 - USD120000 per year Compensation: $75,000 to $120,000 | Depends on Experience Join a Trial Team That Takes Cases to Court Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to become an integral member of a high-performing litigation team in Dallas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned paralegal with extensive Plaintiff Personal Injury and Tort Litigation experience who enjoys working on complex, high-stakes cases from inception through trial. What You'll Do As a key member of the litigation team, you will support attorneys throughout every stage of the litigation process, including: Manage complex personal injury and tort litigation files from intake through trial Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and other litigation documents Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness files, and demonstratives Maintain case calendars and ensure all court deadlines are met Review and organize discovery, document productions, and exhibit lists Coordinate with expert witnesses and outside vendors Provide in-court trial support, including exhibit and courtroom technology management Assist attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation and courtroom proceedings What We're Looking For | Required Qualifications Extensive experience as a Litigation Paralegal handling Plaintiff Personal Injury and Tort Litigation matters Significant experience with both Texas State and Federal Court litigation Strong trial preparation and courtroom support experience Ability to manage multiple active litigation files simultaneously Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Preferred Associate's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate 5+ years of heavy litigation experience Experience with complex or multi-state federal litigation is a plus Highly Competitive Salary Compensation based on your experience in Personal Injury and Tort Litigation Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance 401(k) with company match Collaborative, professional team environment Why You'll Love This Opportunity This is more than a traditional litigation support role.
