Full-Time | Service Department | Laborer About the Role Diversified Roofing is seeking a motivated and dependable Top Tier Roofing Service Laborer to join our growing Service Department. This is a great opportunity for someone with some roofing experienceor a strong desire to learnwho enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a long-term career in the roofing industry. Youll work alongside experienced Foremen to support daily service operations, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This is a physically demanding position requiring lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working in Arizona weather conditions. Responsibilities Diagnose roof leaks accurately and efficientlyPerform commercial and residential repairs and small installationsFollow and promote safety first practices at all timesAssist Foreman with daily jobsite tasks and project completionTake clear, professional jobsite photos for documentationCommunicate effectively with customers and team membersApply critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues Preferred Qualifications Some experience in roofing service or repairAbility to bring basic commercial roofing tools and/or heat welding equipmentExperience using mobile devices/apps for job documentationBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plusStrong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedlyComfortable with climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and working at heightsAbility to work in outdoor conditions year-round What We Offer Competitive pay: $20$25 per hour (based on experience)401(k), Medical, Dental, and Benefits PackageMerit-based incentive opportunitiesPaid vacation and sick timeTuition reimbursement programsSteady, year-round service workClear path for career advancement and growthSupportive leadership and professional systems in place Why Join Diversified Roofing?
