Fully available for flexible scheduling , including morning and evening shifts , weekends, and holidays. Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experienced in transporting clients safely to medical appointments, errands, and community activities. Skilled in working in flexhome and other adaptive home-care environments , ensuring individualized care in both structured and dynamic settings. Dedicated to preserving client dignity, privacy, and independence in all aspects of care. Able to perform light housekeeping , meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and other in-home support tasks Responsibilities: Maintained a clean, safe, and organized living environment to prevent infection and accidents. Offered companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce isolation. Assisted with light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, and room sanitation. Accompanied clients to medical appointments Observed and reported changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or behavioral conditions to family members or healthcare professionals.
