The Purchasing & Inventory Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing the supply chain and inventory management processes within a retail environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or 3-5 YEARS experience in a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, inventory analysis, or supply chain management within the retail industry.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with retail merchandising and sales forecasting techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
