Primary Care Opportunity in upstate South Carolina 1st year compensation over $320k

Position Overview

Join a forward-thinking, value-based care organization focused on delivering exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+. This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practicedwithout RVU pressure.

We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary: $235,000$270,000 (commensurate with experience & location)
Commencement Bonus: $60,000+ (varies by clinic)
Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary

Role Highlights

Patient Population: Adults 65+ (majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus)
Census: 1215 patients per day
Integrated Care Team:
- NP/PA
- Medical Assistants
- Social Workers
- Lab & Pharmacy support
- Referral coordination
