- Manages the primary and sub-hand receipts for all property assigned to the Headquarters.
- Conducts inventories and other tasks associated with property accountability including life cycle replacement, distribution, and disposal of army equipment.
- Appointed as a purchasing officer for the command, to purchase supplies and services using the Government Purchase Card (GPC).
- Serves as the primary POC with all staff sections, for matters related to the Financial Liability Investigation Property Loss(FLIPL).
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- TDY travel is occasionally required.
- This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health an ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
- This position requires the incumbent to carry and lift up to 60 pounds. Are you willing to carry and lift up 60 pounds.
- The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
- Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 11.
