Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Freight Sales Inside Sales Representative for an on‑site opportunity in the Torrance and Redondo Beach, CA area. This role is ideal for a sales‑driven logistics professional who enjoys developing new business, building strong client relationships, and creating customized freight solutions across domestic and international transportation modes. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and ongoing client outreach. Build, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships with shippers and logistics clients. Prepare freight quotes for operations, negotiate rates, and close sales opportunities. Manage sales pipeline activity, customer follow‑ups, and CRM documentation. Partner closely with operations to ensure accurate service delivery and a positive customer experience. Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and profit goals. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. Commission available as a bonus. Type: Temp to hire. Schedule: 100% on site. Location: Torrance, CA area. Upon permanent hire, the client offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Benefits package available upon permanent hire.
