We are seeking motivated Construction Crew Leaders to oversee erosion control projects in the DFW and Austin Texas regions. This role coordinates and supervises a team of skilled workers to ensure efficient project execution, maintain safety standards, and deliver exceptional results. Your good driving record and the SWEC training process will drive the success of our projects while fostering a positive team environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a crew of workers performing erosion control installation, maintenance, and repair activitiesComplete daily work schedules and assign tasks based on project priorities and team skillsEnsure all work complies with safety regulations and company policiesOperate a company truck, trailer and equipment following safety & training protocolMaintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to environmental standardsJoin us to lead dynamic teams in delivering top-tier erosion control solutions!
