Training Specialist
UNC Finance and Operations
Hybrid: This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. CISDE is a unit within the Service Center of Excellence (SCE), which supports the departments and staff within Finance and Operations (F&O). This position reports to the Director for Continuous Improvement, Staff Development, and Engagement (CISDE). The Continuous Improvement and Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for developing a foundation for continuous improvement within our division and customer-base by identifying, organizing, and facilitating quality and process improvement projects. Duties include implementing Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) or Plan Do Act Study (PDSA), conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), needs assessments, process mapping/documentation, and other change and process management activities. This position also provides guidance and support for the ongoing implementation and maintenance of lean six sigma projects to support identified key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall quality of services. #J-18808-Ljbffr UNC Finance and Operations
