Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative school team in Beloit for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role focuses on helping students develop the functional skills needed to succeed academically and participate fully in the school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Support students' fine motor, sensory, and daily living skill development
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Wisconsin OT license (required)
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize student needs
