Personal Lines Insurance Agent / Independent Agency Owner

We are seeking experienced Personal Lines Insurance Advisors who are ready to take the next step- building and growing their own independent insurance business . Interested parties must be currently licensed and actively working in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage your own book of business
• Own your agency
• Leverage access to multiple carriers and solutions to best serve your clients
• Focus primarily on Personal Property & Casualty Insurance
• Sell Commercial Property & Casualty if additional experience / educational requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Oklahoma and/or Texas ( required )
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry ( required )
• Strong understanding of personal lines coverage (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow independently
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and growth-oriented
