The position involves providing care in a 108-bed facility with a patient ratio of 12:1. The RN will work with an adult psychiatric population. Common diagnoses include mood disorders, psychosis, and suicidal or homicidal ideation. Ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, flexibility, empathy, and sympathy toward patients. Weekend shifts are required as part of the schedule. The role does not require on-call duties. Dress code includes grey or black scrubs, with scrubs as the only acceptable attire.
