Assembly Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on Assembly Supervisor to drive safety, quality, and productivity in our cabinet manufacturing operation. What You'll Do Lead and develop assembly teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Oversee cabinet assembly, hardware installation, door/drawer fitting, and final quality checks Manage daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery Drive safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives Train and communicate with employees in both English and Spanish Track production KPIs and reduce scrap, rework, and downtime Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Shipping to keep operations running smoothly What You Bring Fluent in English & Spanish (preferred) 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing Cabinet, furniture, millwork, or woodworking experience preferred Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S is a plus Why Join Us?
